2. Officer Persona & Background

  • Authentic Origins: Develop a backstory that explains why your character chose a career in law enforcement. Are they a legacy officer, a former military veteran, or someone looking to clean up the streets of Los Santos?
  • World Integration: Ensure your character fits the gritty, high-stakes environment of the San Andreas State within the Specter Forge Gaming ecosystem.

3. Professionalism & Hierarchy

  • The Badge Matters: Uphold the reputation of the SASP. Use professional radio codes and maintain a demeanor that commands respect without resorting to ego.
  • Chain of Command (CoC): Respect the rank structure. Follow orders from higher-ranking officials (Sergeants through Operations Directors) to ensure fluid and organized responses during active scenarios.

4. Tactical Operations

  • Strategic Synergy: Do not act as a “lone wolf.” Work in tandem with your partner and secondary units to establish perimeters and execute high-risk warrants.
  • Operational Realism: Utilize realistic tactics including PIT maneuvers, felony stops, and clearing buildings. Prioritize “Life over Property” in every engagement.

5. Faction & Civilian Relations

  • Verbal De-escalation: Force is a last resort. Utilize your communication skills to calm volatile situations before reaching for a less-lethal or lethal option.
  • Persistent Consequences: Recognize that every arrest, citation, or shooting ripples through the server’s narrative. Your choices dictate the tension levels between the SASP and the community.

6. Investigative Standards

  • Chain of Custody: Follow strict protocols for evidence seizure. Whether it’s illegal firearms or narcotics, document everything to ensure a “guilty” verdict in court.
  • Case Documentation: Maintain detailed incident reports. Clear, concise writing ensures that the story remains consistent for lawyers, judges, and other officers involved.

7. Academy & Progression

  • Skills Evolution: Participate in mandatory and optional training sessions, ranging from high-speed pursuit driving to advanced negotiator tactics.
  • Briefing Attendance: Stay updated on “Bolos” (Be On The Look Out) and policy shifts discussed during shift briefings to remain an effective asset to the force.

  • The Feedback Loop: Accept constructive criticism from Field Training Officers (FTOs) and leadership. We grow as a unit by identifying and fixing individual tactical errors.

9. Integrity & Reporting

  • Standard of Conduct: SFG maintains a zero-tolerance policy for “FailRP” or corruption that hasn’t been pre-approved by administration.
  • Internal Affairs: Report guideline breaches through the proper OOC channels or IC (In-Character) Internal Affairs to maintain a fair environment for all players.

10. Narrative & Experience
