  • Follow instructions from higher ranks
  • Contribute positively to team activities
  • Maintain accountability and reliability
  • Support smooth running of events

Sergeant – Infinite

  • Attend events when possible
  • Mentor and supervise lower ranks (Recruits, Members, Privates)
  • Assist in maintaining order and enforcing rules
  • Provide feedback to higher-ranking officers
  • Help coordinate teams during activities

Master-Sergeant (MSG) – Infinite

  • Host Gamenights, Workshops, and Social Nights when possible
  • Lead and train Sergeants and lower ranks
  • Ensure compliance with community standards
  • Act as a communication bridge between leadership and teams
  • Support planning and execution of events

Lieutenant (24)

  • Host Gamenights, Workshops, and Social Nights
  • Coordinate teams during events and activities
  • Mentor Master-Sergeants and identify potential leaders
  • Report event outcomes and feedback to Captains
  • Assist in planning and improving event structure

Captain (16)

  • Host events when possible
  • Oversee multiple teams during events
  • Make operational decisions for teams and activities
  • Liaise with Majors/Colonels regarding event planning
  • Ensure events run smoothly and meet goals

Major (8)

  • Host events when possible
  • Manage large sections of the community during events
  • Develop strategies for engagement and success
  • Supervise Captains and ensure event goals are met
  • Assist in high-level planning and coordination

Colonel (8)

  • Host events when possible
  • Oversee all operational divisions during events
  • Resolve escalated issues affecting multiple teams
  • Mentor Majors and senior officers
  • Ensure coordination and success of all event operations

Assistant Community Manager (2)

  • Host Gamenights, Workshops, and Social Nights
  • Support the Community Manager with event coordination and execution
  • Manage member concerns during events
  • Ensure safety and fairness
  • Step in when the Community Manager is unavailable
